With the bistro located right on Noosa main beach, Shane & Kobi want to offer a relaxed beachfront restaurant with Australian cuisine featuring seasonal, sustainable and ethical produce sourced from the like-minded farmers, producers and artisans around the country as well as chilled cocktails and boutique wines from around the globe.

In one way or another Shane has been involved in hospitality his whole life, bringing the quintessential relaxed beachfront dining experience to their restaurant. His passion continues within the noosa community offering his services as President of the Hastings street Association which is crucial for the Noosa community to ensure Hastings street continues to be the iconic precinct that its known and loved by both locals and tourists alike.
