The Cooking School Noosa

The Cooking School Noosa is Noosa's only luxury, purpose built, cooking school. Located on the beautiful Noosa River and overlooking Noosa Sound Park, it offers exclusive classes with highly awarded local chefs as well as guest chefs from around the country and internationally.

Classes are suitable for everyone, home cooks to qualified chefs and those who are rarely found in the kitchen but are keen to learn more. The Cooking School Noosa is a perfect experience to share with friends or attend by yourself.

The space itself is luxuriously appointed with only the most innovative, high end Electrolux equipment. To make the space more approachable we have chosen to fit it with domestic rather than commercial equipment. We aim to create an environment which is both opulent and accessible so you will feel confident that you can recreate your experience at home and share with others what you have learned.

After a quick introduction you will set about preparing and cooking your seasonally focused menu. The cooking is shared amongst the group and while each guest will not be responsible for cooking each dish, the group will work together to collectively prepare the meal. Because of the intimate size of the group (maximum 10 guests), the class is a great opportunity for you to ask Chef as many questions as you like. Our Chefs will ensure that you leave knowing the recipes, skills and techniques necessary to recreate each meal at home. Our classes are designed so that the experience does not end at the conclusion of the day.

All of our cooking classes are heavily seasonal relying on produce picked from our own farm Honeysuckle Hill or sourced from the local farmer’s market. We are proud to support our local farmers, fisherman and producers.
